A man of second chances, as though they say. Not only does he give others second chances but he is one who received his second chance. A living testimony, Phillip was raised in a southern home with his grandparents who received parental rights. Later in life, Phillip decided that he could do it on his own but did it the wrong way. Phillip was sentenced and was incarcerated for 4.5 years in the Alabama Department of Corrections system. After his release he became a participant of the #1 Reentry agency in the world, The Dannon Project who helped him to get himself back on the right track. After becoming employed and graduating the Dannon Project's Training to Work program, Phillip went back to college and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Administrative Office Management, Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with cognates in Business and Behavioral Sciences, a Master's in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with Liberty University. What some say could not happen, Phillip has proven that it can. Phillip is proud to be a Certified Recovery Peer Support Specialist and an Alabama Licensed Therapeutic Foster Parent, he also enjoys his full time "bread & butter" job in the hospitality sector as a Regional Director of Operations and of course he is none other than the proud owner and founder of the Second Chance Company.
